Does claiming cost anything?

No. Claiming, the business dashboard, the venue screen and the QR kit are free. Puanca has no ads; scores and rankings can’t be bought.

My business isn’t on Puanca. What should I do?

Businesses aren’t added to Puanca by hand. First create a Google Business Profile and complete Google’s verification. Once your business is live on Google Maps it usually comes to Puanca within 24 hours; then claim it here.

I’m not a manager on Google. Can I still claim it?

A code goes to the number listed for the place: an SMS to a mobile, a voice call to a landline. An 0800, a 444 or no number uses an e-mail on the website’s domain. This path grants manager access for 180 days; ownership follows the role on Google.

Can a business delete reviews?

No. Businesses can only reply to reviews. They can report reviews that break the rules; the moderation team decides.

How do I add my team to the dashboard?

Owners and managers on Google sign in to the dashboard with their own Google accounts. When their role changes on Google, it changes here too. Replies go out in the business’s name; who on the team wrote them is only shown in the dashboard.

How do guests appear on the venue screen?

Only guests who turn on “Show my name on venue screens” appear with their name and photo; everyone else only counts towards “N people here”. Surnames, usernames and visit history are never shown.
