The score is a weighted average of the taste, service, ambience and value-for-money ratings. Verified visits and reviews from the last 12 months carry more weight. A place’s score is shown once it has at least 5 verified reviews.
The reviewer checked in within 150 m of the place with location turned on. Check-ins made without location permission don’t count as verified.
By default, only your friends. For each check-in you can choose Everyone, Friends or Only me; change the default in Settings › Privacy.
Yes. Your browser will ask for location permission; if you allow it, nearby places are verified. If you don’t, you can still make an unverified check-in.
Choose “Report” from the three dots at the top right of the review. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and your identity isn’t shared.
No. Businesses can only reply to reviews. They can report reviews that break the rules; the moderation team makes the decision.
Go to Settings › Delete account. Your account is deactivated for 30 days; if you sign in during that time, the deletion is cancelled.
Go to Settings › My data and KVKK › Request. A link to the prepared file arrives in your e-mail within 48 hours.
