Is the app free?
Yes. Get Puanca for free on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Puanca has no ads.
Can I sign in with my web account?
Yes, it’s the same account in both. Sign in with the account you created on the web, or with Google or Apple; your scores, lists and messages come with you.
When is my location used?
At check-in, to sort the places near you and verify your visit. Your exact location isn’t stored with the check-in; only the distance to the place is saved.
Can I check in without location permission?
Yes: search for the place by name and check in. A check-in without location permission doesn’t count as verified.
Who can see my check-ins?
Only your friends by default. For each check-in you can pick Everyone, Friends or Only me; change the default in Settings › Privacy.
How do I turn notifications off?
In the app under Account › Notifications, on the web under Settings › Notifications, turn off whichever you like.
